Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received the product back, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All items on the "Final Sale” page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable.

The following items CANNOT be returned:

– Individual items purchased as part of a set
– Items from our Last Chance collection
– Items that have not been postmarked within the 30-day window
– Free gifts or promotional items with a retail value
– Silk Pillowcase
– Gift Cards

In the event of a return, shipping, and duty charges are non-refundable. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost.
