Shipping

Skylark+Owl Linen Co. is happy to offer shipping anywhere in Canada and the continental USA. All orders in Canada over $150 (before taxes) will receive free standard shipping. We offer Standard, Express and Priority Shipping. Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at the time of your checkout.  

Please note remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.     

If all of your items from your order are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 2-3 business days. If you purchase an item that is currently out of stock, you will receive this confirmation as soon as ALL items are available.

Our fulfillment team tries their best to turn your order around within 1-3 business days; however, from time to time order volumes are high and can cause backlogs in processing orders. We always strive our best to get your order shipped out in a timely fashion.

Returns + Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once we have received the product back, the return will be refunded in the original method of payment.

In the event of a return, upgraded shipping, international shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping cost.

The following items CANNOT be returned:

- Individual items purchased as part of a set

- Items that have not been postmarked within the 30 day window

- Free gifts or promotional items with a retail value

- Gift Cards
